Dear Richard & Steve,

It’s difficult to know where to begin with our thanks to you all for your considerable part in the success, last Saturday.

The table settings, the meal and the service were everything you promised and more.

Our guests have used (and still are using – as the phone is still ringing!) – phrases such as “amazing food” “wonderful meal” “outstanding food and service” “mouth-watering” “I could have eaten that beef all night” and so on.

We also had lots of appreciative comments from parents – it seems the children really enjoyed the menu you provided for them.

- So now it’s over, sadly, but what brilliant memories of a fantastic afternoon and evening.

Thank you all and your team for everything – it was amazing.
