"So many people have complimented us since the wedding on how great the food was and how much they enjoyed eating that kind of food at a wedding rather than the normal dry chicken breast and limp veg. I think you did a brilliant job and I'd like to say a massive thanks to you and the rest of the team for making the whole process so easy and relaxed. We had originally planned to use another caterer but they made us feel a bit uncomfortable and tried to shape the details of our day away from what we wanted. As soon as we spoke to you we felt confident that you'd be able to deliver the food that we really wanted. The quality of the food was great and the service superb from the initial discussions through to the end of the day itself. Again a massive thanks from us for contributing to making our wedding so great."

Your staff were smiling and attentive throughout the meal, and the desserts were just stunning. From our first contact with you, through the various meetings, the setup the day before and on the day itself we always found you to be very entusiatic about Maria and Alan's choices with very sensible advice on the practicalities of looking after such a large group. We cannot thank you enough.

"I used GFS Catering to cater for my husband’s 40th birthday party. I was impressed with their flexible & helpful service. They had an extensive range of menu options but were also open to my ideas. They not only helped with the food but they also helped with the equipment I needed to provide the finishing touches to make the party a great success. The staff they provided to help us with food & drinks on the day were professional & helpful, which meant we were able to focus on chatting with our guests whilst they took care of all our food & drink requirements. The food was delicious and just what we were looking for. I would definitely use them again for any parties and events that we hold in the future."
