Traditional Hog Roast

Our traditional Hog Roast and Spit Roast ovens offer a spectacular way to cater for your guests. Spit roasting allows the meat to constantly self baste, leading to incredibly tender and delicious results. Once cooking is finished, the spit is raised and carved by a chef. This is a spectacular sight.

Apart from the usual Pork, many other meats and game can be cooked using this method. The ovens are stainless steel and completely portable, allowing your guests to experience the incredible aromas during cooking as well as being able to see the cooking process if desired.
